The journal entry is 2 days late, but oh well... So my 8-months coop term as an UX Designer ended on August 30, 2014. What a fantastic and unforgettable experience. As a student, I have learned so so much in terms of user experience, and interaction + information design, including how to approach a design problem, how to have a critical mind to look at the workflow in all the different angles, and how to present and deliver the solutions in the best way. As well as 'office manners'... oh boy, I still have too too much to learn... As a person, I am so glad to have a change to have met a group of amazing people whom I think I may not be able

Yes.... you read the title of this journal corretly... I got a 8-months co-op job as a UX/UI designer. Don't ask me how or why, cuz I really have no idea. All I can say is that this is all God's Grace. I have started working this week and the experience has been scary and exciting. I am still learning how to be a good team member, a good employee and a good co-op student. There are times when I feel I am asking too many questions, and sometimes too little. Then I worry over my supervisor's impression on me, and whether he would be disappointed on my work, and all that nonsense (My team and my supervisor are great, friendly people).

So 7 more days before the last class ends for this Summer 2013. I did not realize it until just now! This semester has gone by so fast! I was just getting excited for my Creative Writing class and enjoying the change of my identity: feeling more comfortable as a student learning to tell stories than a student struggling to learn how to design and make things pretty, (no offence to all designers! Your talents and natural sense of aesthetic are thing that I admire. Also, I know storytellers who are great designers too!) I am handing in my first draft, then workshopping, then writing my second draft, then before I know it, I am doing reading pre

Hi~ I posted my iat100 project by using a link in the description maybe you can do that to yours too. :]
cool!!
...but i cant find your link, where is it? lol.
Its in my Gallery. Here's the link: [link] it's in the description below.
Hi! (I wasn't sure if this was you at first, but your gallery has plenty of animal/horse pics, so it must be? heh) Nice meeting you today! :D
Hi. To answer your questions: 1) Most colleges with an animation and/or illustration program would most likely have classes such as character design and story-boarding. What's better is an art college, then they'd most likely have teachers with more professional experiences. 2) I'm not aiming to become a storyboard artist, so I'm not sure on the specific classes you would need to take. But I suppose classes such as basic figure drawing, storytelling, story development, character design, basic perspective, etc, etc.
Ahh...I see~ thanks a lot!
Thank you so much for the Llama n__n I give you ojne back!
